Hello guys,

I just got my medical report today. And I wonder if I have to bring my x-ray with my when I have my interview at the consulate? Even though the staff at the medical center said the consulate just needs my medical report, I'd like to know if you have to bring it or not?

Also, the staff told me I will have to bring my x-ray with me when I enter the US. And is it hand carry? Thanks and god bless you all!

Hi :)

It's not necessary, I don't think they even check it but many have brought it to the interview just in case. Some have rolled it up and put it in a cardboard sleeve to manage it easier. It's your call.

I don't believe it's necessary for POE either. They want to see your medical package that you get from your medical. If you had any issues with the x-ray, I would bring it for sure.

Good luck and congrats :)

You should bring your x-ray to your interview and through the POE. It's better to be safe than sorry.

Thanks for your suggestion. :) I will bring it just in case they need it. I think bringing the x-ray to the airplane is kind of a trouble, because it is big and hard to carry.
