Can someone please tell me if it means that we won't have an interview?

According to other posts I've seen, I think that means they've waived your interview (I'm not 100% sure, though)

We got the same email (and notice later in the mail) and did not have an interview. It is possible the case gets transferred back to the local office, but I think once a case is transferred, it rarely gets sent back... :thumbs:
