We received notification weeks ago that my husbands advanced parole documents had been issued. However, they still havent arrived. He had to fly to France on emergency and now he cannot return. Is there any other process we can pursue in order for him to return home to me? What if he has all his other paperwork at customs? Will he be turned away? I heard that if he tries to return without his AP's his runs the risk of nullifying his application and having to start from scratch? Is this true? I am desperate for someone's advice.

They'll let him board the plane. They just won't allow him to pass through US Immigration.

RSLair... you're in a bit of a predicament. You can make an InfoPass appointment to see where the AP is, however you may run into difficulty with that since you are not the applicant.... your husband is.... and they very well may refuse to speak with you. Try calling them first. If that doesn't work, try the InfoPass. At this point you've nothing to lose. But try not to let them know that he's already left the country.

I would also suggest an infopass. Leaving without the AP documents may well have abandoned the AOS. The officer will be able to tell you what to do. I think your going to have to tell them that he is out of the country in order to get the correct information, hopefully, it will be that you can just send the AP documents to him but at worst, you might have to file CR or K3 and start over.

I 130 & I129F (K3) and AOS info in timeline

If the AP was approved before he left, just send them to him when you receive them. If he left before approval, then he will have a big problem and most likely you will have to start all over again.

I finally got rid of the never ending money drain. I called the plumber, and got the problem fixed. I wish her the best.

rslair - what's your husband's status before he left? If he's on K3 then you don't even need an AP. K1 would be a problem!
