Hi!

We would like to hear from anyone else who filed in November. Anyone with a NOA1? (ok, so, yes, I am an eternal optomist! lol)..Anyone with a cashed check? We have our postal receipt that says our petition was received in Nebraska on Nov. 21., but of course are assuming it has been transferred to the Chicago Lockbox.

We are currently considering our filing options for our I-129F...file now? (this is what we want to do, but are unsure where our file will ultimately end up for processing with all this chaos!) or wait for our check to be cashed? or wait for an NOA1? ...oh the dilemma...

But would love to hear from anyone else in the "November" boat!

Sept. 23, 2011 NOA rec'd for N-400

Oct. 17, 2011 Biometrics appointment

Nov. 29, 2011 Interview - PASSED! 3yr anniversary not until 12/09/11

Dec. 13, 2011 Status update received "Oath Scheduled"

Dec. 15, 2011 Letter received with Oath date

Dec. 27, 2011 OATH! US Citizen

hello,

My wife and i have filed our i 130 on 21 of nov. also we are being told there a big back log and it is holding us up some. should get it by the first of jan at the latest What i am being told To give it sometime it all we can do :angry: we wait and prey to are God it's all in his hands..

Feb 05 2008 - NOA1 received thru snail mail

Feb 09 2008 - Cheque has been cashed by USCIS

Feb 24 2008 - Updated in the system

Nov 05, 2008 - NOA2

Nov 10, 2008 - Received Approval noticed thru snail mail

Dec 10, 2008 - Medical Passed!

Jan 06, 2009 - Interview Approved!!!! glory to our GOD

Jan 12, 2009 - Visa received

Jan 24, 2009 - Flight to Jacksonville (POE @ Washington Dulles)

Hi , Yes we are November filers. mid to early November our attorney sent packet. have not received anything and as of December 26 money order not cashed. Attorney says file was sent to Chicago lock box. will sent k-3 packet at 6 week mark even if NOA1 not received yet. (we are at 6 week point now)
