Good luck, but you won't need it :)

Feb 5 - lawyer sent in i 130 application.

march 28 -got the I-797 Notice of action for I 129F

May 8 - they sent 797 notice of action -a sking for information

June 20 - I 130 approved

July 31 - Fees paid and 168 affidavit of support sent

October 6 - They request more information - for CR1

October 18 - lawyer sent to them

November 2 case completed from NVC

November 16 - congressman calls - waiting for interview date

December 12 - congressman calls - interview has been set

Jan 29 INTERVIEW IN MONTREAL!!!

Missing some steps.. but getting there :)

Thank you to everyone! we are really excited about finally getting our date..

We will be staying at Hôtel La Tour Centre-Ville, called today to make our reservation.. Their winter rates are $79 , and $18 for parking.. I know some people had mixed reviews on it, but its all about the location for us especially in the wintertime..The lady that answered the phone was extremely friendly and even chatted with me a bit about us bringing our diabetic cats with us..

I had put off doing my I-134 because I wanted it to be as up to date as possible (and also for my mom who is our joint sponsor), so I enjoyed the break from paperwork but now time to get serious again and make sure we have everything we need (may have a couple questions just to be sure I have it all done correctly) .. Getting the $100 US and Expresspost envelope on Friday (and writing down the tracking number)..

11/7/07 INTERVIEW 8:30 a.m. APPROVED!!!!!!

11/13/07 Visa Received ~*happy dance*~

12/28/2007 Trev's moving HOME !!!!!!!

Mary loses her job and doesn't want to lie to her gov't so we wait as long as we can and then..................

4/6/2008 Trev returns to Canada

8/30/2008 Trev is denied entry at the border

............to be continued once we file again.
