Hi all,

Just wanna let you guys know that we got the pink couple days ago. Thanks to all and I am going to Vn in couple more days :)

Also, I want to post some experiences which she's had. They asked some questions such as "when you do meet?, how many times does he come back to Vn to visit you?, what does he do?" and couple more questions but i cant remember now because too happy :)

08/24/2004 - Filed I130 (i am green card holder :) )

02/14/2007 - I130 Aprroved

05/31/2007 - Update to US citizen (IR1)

07/2/2007 - I864 fee bill sent

07/23/2007 - I864 form sent

07/30/2007 - IV fee sent

08/21/2007 - They said they sent DS230 to me, but not yet received

09/15/2007 - Got DS230 and sent back to NVC

10/03/2007 - Case is done at NVC.

12/14/2007 - Interview at HCM embassy.

01/23/2008 - Back to State together( hopefuly :) )

09/28/2007 : NOA2 (144 days from filing date)

11/02/2007 : NVC Received Case (35 days from NOA2)

11/06/2007 : NVC Sent Case to HCM Consulate

11/16/2007 : HCMC Received Case

11/17/2007 : HCMC Sent Packet 3

11/20/2007 : HCMC Received Packet 3

12/10/2007 : HCMC Called Fiancee (Packet 4 Sent + Interview Date)

12/18/2007 : Packet 4 Received

01/02/2008 : Medical Appointment

01/09/2008 : Interview passed!

01/29/2008 : Visa Received

02/02/2008 : POE @ SFO

06-29-09 received GC in mail

4-18-11 mailed I-751 CSC

CIS Office : California Service Center

Date Filed : 2011-04-18

NOA Date Received : 2011-06-06

Date on NOA: 2011-04-22

Bio. Appt. : 2011-06-24

Had to make an Info Pass appointment because there was a delay in receiving the NOA for our I-751. Never found out the reason for the delay but they gave Thao a 1 year green card stamp in her passport and we got a the NOA 2 days later.

Approved: 2011-09-23

Notice sent: 2011-09-28

May 15, 2008: Registered Marriage's license

Sept 19, 2008: Received Green Card w/o interview

Woohooo! :dance: Congrats!!! Whats the wait time on your visa? The same 1-2 weeks as the last couple of people that were approved?

2-22-08 - I-485 rev'd

2-27-08 - NOA1

3-17-09 - Transferred to Cali.

4-12-08 - Biometrics

4-22-08 - Touch

4-28-08 - EAD received.

...waiting...

3-04-09 - Had to renew the EAD :(

3-04-09 - Got annoyed at being outside of the processing window

3-04-09 - Called and they confirmed. Will contact me within 45 days.

3-05-09 - Date on the EAD NOA1

3-12-09 - Received a confirmation email that I am outside of the window and will get a decision in 60 days.

3-12-09 - TOUCH!!!

3-27-09 - Touch!

5-09-09 - Randomly received the renewed EAD Card... w/ wrong A# :(.
