Hi,

I have just asked for my vaccination records from my GP Practice for my medical. They said they would have to contact Child Services for them and they said they would print out the vaccination records they have on their system. Just wanted to know if anybody else has experienced anything similar with their GP's?

Thanks

I asked my GP for mine, but they had no record of them. In the end I decided to have the injections done again at my GP's to save on costs, I had two injections.

Make an appointment with the nurse at your local GP for the injections, thats what I did.

Thx I will do that!

Also I have been reading on other posts that people take e-mails, photos etc etc to the interview to proove that relationship is genuine. Is this really necessary??? Any suggestions/thoughts on this would be appreciated.

Thanks for your help...

In a nutshell, yes, the more proof that you have the better.

I have been told that as much proof of a relationship is always a good idea. That said, i have heard about people wanting IR-1/CR-1s who didn't have to show anything. They just got asked a few questions and that was it. Better to be safe, and take a few photos and emails, if you have it, proof you have had a joint bank account with your spouse would probably be good too. I think they generally look at proof more with the K-1 folks, cos they arn't married yet, and want proof of a relationship. The fact that i have known my wife for about 7 years is hopefully proof enough for them in my case.

Hope that helped a little.
