Hey guys, we received our official NOA2 dated 11/21/07. The toll free says it is not uet in the system at NVC. Based on avg time lines we are looking at 02/21/07 for in interview date and wondered if anyone received their NOA2 the same date has been entered into the system and has a case number yet?

If so, please let us know what is your interview date. In addition, we love like to hear form anyone who has a similiar time line form the southern US with a fiancee in the Phil's.

06-Jul-07 ----- sent I-129F

16-Jul-07 ----- NOA1

21-Nov-07 ----- NOA2

27-Dec-07 ----- NVC sent file to USEM

16-Jan-08 ----- mailed packet 4

28-Jan-08 ----- recvd packet 4

03-Mar-08 ----- medical date (planning to go earlier probably 2nd wk of Feb)

13-Feb-08 ----- thanks God im done with my medical exam taken Feb 12 & released Feb13

very smooth processing God is Good All the Time

10-Mar-08 ----- interview date there's no big deal in USEM especially if u'r with ur fiance

25-Mar-08 ----- visa on hand (Thank you Lord)

09-Apr-08 ----- arrived in the USA(POE Minn/st pl) thanks God i made it by myself. God is Good All the Time

25-May-08 ----- OUR BIG DAY!!! (1yr after engaged)

05-Jun-08 ------ got SSN

25-Jun-08 ------ got driver's permit

08-Oct-08 ------ passed the road test... yeyyyy i can drive alone now... thank you Lord

03-Jul-08 ------ Received Biometric appointment

23-Jul-08 ------ Biometric appointment date

12-Sep-08 ----- Got mah GC

I-129f was approved in 141 days from your filing date.

We got approved Nov 28. Our paper was received by the USEM Dec 10.

So far no interview schedule yet, though we are hoping to be included in the February lists.

Hi Downlake 23,

You even got your approval earlier! We received NOA-1 July 10 but no NOA-2 yet. U think we have a problem there? Also it has been touched July 14, 2007 and after that no move or touch still. Hoping to receive approval REAAL soon!!!

wow thats awesome! Vermont is so fast shipping to NVC. We were approved on 11/28 also but its still not even at NVC yet :( we may even be in march... :whistle:

Mid-June filer, Mid-July NOA1 :(...

6/21/07 - I-129F Sent : transferred to CSC at some point...

7/12/07 - Received date as shown on NOA1 Hardcopy

7/18/07 - NOA1

7/21/07 - Check FINALLY Cashed!!!

7/24/07 - Finally got receipt number off the back of cancelled check!

11/23/07 - Our first ever touch!

11/27/07 - Touched on website

11/28/07 - NOA2!!!!!!!!

I-129f was approved in 160 days from your filing date.

12/21/07 - Received at NVC and assigned case number!

12/27/07 - Case forwarded to USEM

01/04/07 - Case received by USEM

02/25/08 - Scheduled St. Luke's Medical Appointment 7:00 AM

03/03/08 - Interview at USEM APPROVED
