Filling out forms on Adobe Acrobat *.pdf files

Anyone else run into the problem of filling out your petitions on Adobe Acrobat and when some box is too long of data, you get those little plus signs left on the page when you print them out. I don't know if I want to send something like this to the processing center. They might make a stink about it or just send them back. Should I just abbreviate to make what I have to put in the boxes shorter so I don't get those annoying little signs?

thanks,

martinbr

A few things,

Hand write the fields giving you problems

Use the versions on VISA-Pro the fields allow more data than USCIS forms.

I don't like mixing printed characters and handwritting. What I did was import the PDFs into a different application. I used the forms as a background and put all my answers in text fields above the form. Then I could input the answer I wanted with the space I needed! And they looked very professional when printed.

Okay, this is a start. Thank you. But one more thing I forgot to mention. When I went and got married over in the PI, I brought some blank g325a forms for my new relatives to sign. Obviously it's all hand written out. Is there a way to grab the signatures from the forms off a scanner and import them into a fresh document on my computer? I have been trying but with little success.

Thanks,

martinbr

The forms need to have original signatures, cannot be photo-copies.
