we have been informed that our i-129f was sent to casablanca consulate on nov.20th...couple days after that our senator lady informed us that she got an email from the consulate on wednesday,december 12th that they already received it and they're prossessing it...so how long could this prossessing time approximatly take?

AOS time line:

March 9, 2009... EAD ordered.

March 14, 2009... Received EAD Card.

March 16, 2009... AOS approved.

March 28, 2009... Green card received.

The "processing" and appointment times varies by country. With some countries it takes months, and with some only a couple weeks. You might be able to check the timelines for other filers in Morocco, or ask around on the regional forum

May 10, 2008 -------> NOA1 received for EAD, AP, and AoS

May 10, 2008 -------> Biometrics appt date received

May 28, 2008 -------> Biometrics for EAD & AoS

Jun 11, 2008 -------> AoS case transferred to CSC

Jul 05, 2008 -------> AP Approval

Jul 09, 2008 -------> EAD approval

Jul 14, 2008 -------> EAD and AP received

You need to post this in the MENA forum...its further down thr forum page. Many ppl there have been thru Casa. You need to know that you are dealing with the Consulate frrom hell, and you are in for a dificult ride. Read about the "red flags" and see how many apply to you, and be well prepared. They are not friendly.

I finally got rid of the never ending money drain. I called the plumber, and got the problem fixed. I wish her the best.

i would say 4-6 weeks you can see in my timeline but this was in past not sure how the times are running now, he should get the notiification before to long giving him the details of what is needed and interview date. now is the time you can be sure you have everything and get it to him, look at the various interview questions they have been known to ask and good luck
