Just wanted to share some pics of the snow we are getting..it's still snowing!!!

So my cat Sam saw this when I opened the door, looked up at me and turned around. No thanks!! LOL

Met online November 2005 playing City of Heroes

First met in Canada, Sept 22, 2006 <3

September 2006 to March 2008, 11 visits, 5 in Canada, 6 in NJ

Officially Engaged December 24th, 2007!!!

Moved to the U.S. to be with my baby on July 19th, 2008 on a K1 visa!!!!

Hmmm maybe we should move back to Canada! lol smile.png

Beautiful pics Laura! My pug, who has spent all 12 months of his life in CA, experienced snow for the first time about 3 weeks ago when I flew back to Denver to visit family. He absolutely loved it. As soon as he got out of the car from the airport he just dove into the nearest snow bank and rolled around in it. They didn't get near that amount of snow though. He'd have *loved* that!

That's funny. I love watching dogs and cats in the snow. Dogs get excited and jump right in. Cats test the stuff by tentatively touching it then shaking their paw. Funny stuff.

Sam *almost* made it...he went outside (Cause I had shoveled the back deck) He stood there, looked around and then went to the door and scratched "LET ME IN!" :luv:

Beautiful testament to what we are in the middle of right now.

And what better thing to do today then

hahaha

I can't believe I did it

was go downtown!

I only had to brave the 4 block walk to the Metro and underground I went where it's hot a helll.

Going downtown you never have to go outside; the underground city is amazing.

I went and saw I Am Legend (IMAX version) and it was incredible.

Not recommended for the faint of heart.

Although I must say I had a great time right at the start where they showed off what IMAX can do.

It was like going to night club on acid!!!

Travel/Work approval notices via email – April 23rd, 2008

Green card/residency card: email notice of approval – August 28th, 2008 yippeeeee!!!

Funny-looking card arrives – September 6th, 2008 :)

Mailed request to remove conditions – July 7, 2010

Landed permanent resident approved – August 23rd, 2010

Second funny looking card arrives – August 31st, 2010
