You are not alone!!!! I am also going crazy here with anxiety and stress. Cannot sit still.... I am worried about her upcoming medical in January. She loses connection most the time on Messenger. The phone calling is really going up now. But, we need to talk more now than ever before. I am missing her so much!!!! Take care David....Everything will be fine, and this will be over soon!!!!

Yeah I Know about missing..wow..3 days before I left her there I was dreading it. When I was in Manila, I honestly just turned around and went back. I haven't been the same since January 20, 2007...it seems forever. I left a big part of me there. And yes the phone bills are going up again here also  but I LOVE talking to her.

I know how you feel. My husband has been here almost two years, and I can remember like it was yesterday the anxiety I felt as we got closer to the medical and interview.

Hang in there and keep busy. It's almost over. :)

ALL things work TOGETHER for GOOD!

Although things seem to be on track to this point, I won't feel comfortable until Joy makes it through the LAX port of entry. Until then, we will expect the best, but prepare for the worst.

I have already visited Joy twice during 2007, and I will be flying out to be present during her embassy interview. The plan is for us to both stay in Manila until she gets the visa, and fly back to the US together. Oh God! I don't think I can stand another lonely flight back to the US without my Joy at my side!

Good luck. I know exactly what you're feeling. My mahal Elisa is also very close to her interview (Jan 3). She had an early medical on Dec 3 so at least we got that out of the way. I can't wait to get her here with me. We've been waiting for so long. If all goes well at the interview, she could be here inside of a month.

I would love to be able to fly to Phils so that I could come back with her. Unfortunately, finances just don't permit it right now.

Goodluck everyone on the incoming interviews ( January and February). Keep the faith and everything will be fine. The most important thing is having all the required documents as stated in the Packet 4. A mock interview will be good too. A month before the interview Myla and I started doing that. . I asked her 5 questions everyday we talked online and it helped :)

Merry Christmas all

I definitely ditto everything everyone else has said... It's been a hard year, missing my fiance so much. But it's true want I read once. This is a "good" hardship, because eventhough we miss our fiance/fiancee so much, we are fortunate enough to have someone so special to miss... someone who we found true love with....someone who will be with us eventually for the rest of our lives.

For now, it is definitely hard. Every second that passes seems like it's forever. But hang in there and don't lose hope for "Every dark cloud has a silver lining." Our silver lining are upon us, we just have to wait just a little more...and with each other here at Visa Journey, to support and to care, we can make it. And remember, TRUE LOVE can definitely conquer all...

Merry Christmas everyone! Goodluck to all of us in the coming months!

With Love,

Michelle
