Hello everyone!

My name is Crystal and I am from North Carolina USA and my other half is from the UK.

We've only just begun to talk about him moving here and marriage so I've been researching what needs to be done and let me say that I am just shocked at just how much one has to go through to go about this the right way! I've been suffering terrible insomnia the past few weeks just thinking about it! As neither of us have much money, it's very frustrating!

I look forward to meeting others who are also going through this and those who have beat the odds and made it!

Thanks and take care!

It's a scary process for sure! I'm fronting the cost for the initial paperwork since the pound is strong against the dollar right now and I think it is something we should both contribute towards since we intend to enter into a life partnership.

We're waiting on NOA1 right now since we only recently filed and found the guides here to be extremely helpful and it seems to me that everyone is very kind and supportive to each other here.

I wish you luck with your journey!
