OVER DUE NOA 1

HEY ANYBODY FILE IN JULY OR AUGUST THAT DONT HAVE A NOA1 FROM I-130 YET PLEASE POST HERE......

if you look at my time line it took 3 months to recieve my noa1 i called after a month after check was cash and was told they havent forgotten about me they had comp. problems at the time i filed i waited and waited and finally i called again and then they finally resent one to me so the biggest thing is has the check been cashed and returned to you or back if so then try calling to see whats up some people never get one either i have seen on VJ it happens

my uscis number on the web site still hasnt been touched since 8/30/07 and i am almost through the nvc so someone isnt doing there jobs good luck

Wow vbtbmrt, thats crazy that the USCIS site never updated you and you are in NVC right now. It could be a good thing for the rest of us though. Meaning that maybe oneday we'll just up and get an NOA2 like a week after our cashed check cause they are so backlogged with receipting.

Mine never moved again after transfer to NVC. I had to call automated line at NVC after that to get any updates.
