I-485 processing times

My wife and I have completed the interview and have had her biometrics appointment. We did this at the local Oklahoma City USCIS office. In June Oklahoma, Texas, and New Mexico had a new 90 day program to get an adjustment of status. We got a letter in August that said that we would not get the conditional green card in the 90 day time frame. On the website it says our case has been sent to the Narional Benefits Center. When I look at the processing times for the I-485 it is not listed. Our receipt date was 15 June 2007. Does anyone have a clue as to what the processing times are for the adjustment of staus green card?

A few months to YEARS if pending name check. Were interviewed were you "approved pending name-check"?

You may want to schedule an info-pass appointment to find out what is happening with your case.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
