Hey all,

I do not meet the 125% poverty line for the year 2003-2004, and i DO MEET the requirement for the year 2005, Is that going to cause a problem? If i get the Co-sponsor my dad and he does not meet the requirement for the 125% poverty line, and mom did not work.. Can i get my friend to co-sponsor? My friend owns a business, so what kind of tax paprer does he need if he co-sponsor? If they can co-sponsor , do they need to sponsor ME or my Fiance?

What does he need to write in the box where is says:

3. That this affidavit is executed on behalf of the following person:

Gender Age Name (Family Name) (First Name) (Middle Name)

Citizen of (Country) Marital Status Relationship to Sponsor

Presently resides at (Street and Number) (Country) (City) (State)

When my friend will be co-sponsor, is he going to write my name or my fiance's name in the box number 3..

Yes you can have a friend as a co-sponsor.He/she will sponsor your fiance, not you.You will be the Sponsor and your friend will be the co-sponsor.Just remember your friend will also be responsible for your fiance for the next 10 years aswell. The INS wants to make sure they will not become a public charge, welfare etc.I had to use my sister as a co-sponsor since I had been living with my wife(then fiance) in Canada. We had no problems and by the time we went for our AOS we met the poverty line.

Good Luck

Can you keep your questions to one post? You were already told in the other post you made that your 2005 requirements were fine for sponsorship.

No need to be rude! The perosn only wants to make sure they do everting correct so they dont have to file again.Jeez you must be having a bad day!
