Hi Kezzie,

I know, but this wait is frustrating for all of us..it's just the separation from our loved ones that hurt the most.. I would be lucky if I got to do AOS like you.. I would wait 20 years for AOS to get done (doesn't matter) because at least we are together (well, your son may not be with you guys, but at least you two are together for the current time being).. It's just not being able to touch and hold that is the worst feeling... even worse than these USCIS problems..

Hi Kezzie,

Kezzie

No offense meant here as always with my post, but some of us are more pro active than others (as that is our nature and can be good or bad at times) and dont tell me that a congress person or senator can not help with certain situations as it has been posted here and other places that it can and key word is CERTAIN SITUATIONS. I have a mate right now from VJ that is doing something about the situation that most peeps would think was a chance, but his wife is pregnant and he wants his child born here in the states. Cant fault him for trying every angle - EVER>

To each his own on how we approach this subject. Agree on not posting info on site, will take it up on IM with OP -

Have a good one and again, we are all unquie invidiuals just seeking some truth somewhere out there. How we deal with these issues and such are up to us, how we cope is up to us, and how we honor each other and the way we learn the system is priceless. Without some post here from senior members alot of people would be looking at RFE's and also filing in different sections of the country and being ill informed.

I for one have learned so much from this site and I thank all for that. But dont every say NEVER for that word does not exist when it comes to the human spirit and will power.

Good Day

Fellow VJ friends,

This form is intended for all people to come and share, learn, ask questions and express emotions about visa process. Now if you are frustrated and want to ACTIVELY do something about the situation, if you have contacted you congressman and still frustrated, then please post a comment alone with you e-mail id and other contact info ..

Thank you

Anish and Lijy,

I think it will be difficult for someone to provide their information on a public forum...specially without details on exactly what is it that they are supporting. Maybe you could try creating a web petition explaining what are your suggested changes and improvements, and then invite people to sign it?

Hi Kezzie.. I know about that result =( but that is the worst-case scenario.. I even told my wife that I would quit my government job to be with her.. We may not have as a good life in China as we do here.. but that is ok.. at least we can start out family... would you have done this too? I see you have a son too, so were both of you two willing to move to your spouse's country as well?? I saw some people get divorce on Visajourney because they couldn't handle it.. I would rather move to her country and not let USCIS control who we love, who we live with, and who we have a family with... She was very touched at what I said to her.. This visa journey has really broken both our spirits.. and probably it will not end soon too.. I guess we don't have the luck as other people..

Gogo, I've seen this site suggested to american-chinese couples candleforlove I know the process is particulary difficult for you. Good luck with the rest of the process

Saludos,

Caro
