Did you marry her for love or to get the greencard????

There is no way I would stay in a bad relationship just to remove conditions...

Did you not know about her problems before you got married....

Kezzie

i love her cause she nice at first also i have nobody, like Sweet at first now i know her real personality.

look my friend..........

if u married her because u love her then it's ur distenation and u have to try to make a good person of her

but if u have married her to get the greencard then it's kinda a bad thing , but.......u have to decisions

the first to wait till u get the greencard (the main purpose of the marriage)

the second is to leave her and say goodbay to the greencard

You're so unhappy and miserable in this situation, yet willing to stay in it for as long as it is necessary to get the GC.

Are you working? I know that when my husband first came over he was unable to work, and I had to support him. However, when he recieved his EAD, he went out to work, and I took my turn at home with the kids. I mean, that's life. If you're working, and your wife has a drug problem, maybe you shouldn't be putting pressure on her to go out and a get a job. Maybe you should try and support her and get her into a rehab clinic or something like that. Either way, my first thought would be for my spouse and not for a green card. Also, you say you THOUGHT you loved her, but now you're not sure. Honey, you better get sure or you're going to end up ruining a lot of peoples lives. Especially if she loves YOU.

David & Erin [br]5962a06.jpg.png

6/19/2002- Met Online

11/10/2002- Met in person for the first time at Buffalo International Airport we spend a blissful but all too short week together.

2/23/03- David proposes on the beach in Melbourne Florida at sunrise during his second visit.

9/26/03- After much talk with USCIS we decide to go ahead and get married during David's third visit, with David planning on returning to Ireland the following week.

9/30/03- Phone USCIS to ask questions on filling out paper work and USCIS officer informs us that if David is already here he doesn't need to leave. After numerous calls to the Irish Embassy and two more calls to USCIS to confirm, we decide he will stay.

12/02/03- Petition for AOS recieved

10/8/04- EAD FINALLY arrives

11/10/2004- Our Son Colin Michael Kieran born two years to the minute after our first face to face meeting!

1/26/06- Recieved interview appointment letter.

3/09/06- AOS approved! David is a permanent resident with stamp in passport.

4/4/06- Green card arrives. We are now free to travel back to Ireland so David can see his family for the first time in more than two years.
