I think Manila not the consulate in Cebu. Is this correct?

yes not in Cebu because there is only one american consulate/embassy is located at Roxas Blvd. Manila only..

??

In the philippines we have only one CONSULATE place who conducting an immigrant interview which in ROXAS BLVD US EMBASSY MANILA :thumbs:
