yep..

i started a topic, but no one posted..

its called !!January Interviews!!

::There’s a laugh in my eyes::

There’s a waltz in my walk

And it’s been such a long time

Since there was hope in my talk

If you never knew

What it is that’s new.. it’s you

‘Cause when your hands are in mine

You set a fire that everyone can see

And it’s burning away

Every bad memory

To tell you the truth

If it’s something new.. baby it’s you

It’s you in the morning

It’s you in the night

A beautiful angel came down

To light up my life

The world’s a different place

Where nothing’s too hard to say

And nothing’s too hard to do

Never too much to go through

To tell you the truth

Everything that’s new.. baby it’s you

It’s you in the morning

It’s you in the night

A beautiful angel came down

To light up my life

My life, my life

Ohh

So if I get to grow old (oh if I get to grow old)

With many years behind me (many years behind me)

There’s only one thing I want (aahh)

One thing I need beside me

For all that you are

For everything you do

For all that you’ve done

Just for showing me the truth

::It’s you...It’s you...Baby it’s you::

Hello MyAngel,

I had a couple of questions for you. What is the IV bill? Do you have an interview schedule yet? I Noticed that NVC was done with your case in June. Was their any extenuating circumstance that you did not get your interview sooner?

I applied for the K3, but my lawyer's assistant didn't send it out until two months after the receipt of our I130, which was approved 2 days before the receipt of the I129F/K3. My husband would be here right now, if they did not mess up. Enough of my griping. Seeing that the NVC was done in June with your case is discouraging to me. I accept that GOD determines when my husband enters the US and nothing else.

Have a great weekend.

Missy

Has anyone filing a CR-1 visa received an interview for January ?

Hello, We do not have an interview scheduled yet and no there were no extenuating circumstances, I have questioned them several times on why is our interview date is taking to long. they keep telling me the embassy only allots them so many slots for appointment each month. And they have no control over it. I sent in my I-130 Oct and it was approved in Jan. on my husbands birthday and we filed the other forms with NVC on time we only had one form sent back because of the dates that delayed us by 2 weeks but other than that no delays or denials. I was so happy when we were approved June 14th I had no ideal we would still be waiting on an interview..... how horrible this is I pray your time goes by much faster than ours. Have a blessed day.

Oh, I am so sorry. Its good to see you still in here supporting everyone though. I cannot see mine going as fast as I thought it was now that I see your struggles with the embacy. I will now prepare for the worst.

Take care,

Missy
