My son and I had our AOS interview the same day (May 17/06).

My name check was already back and my Passport was stamped. My card was approved and the expire date is May 17/08. Now my sons name check was not back so his card does not expire till July 17/08. (This is when his name check came back)

So my question is...Can I still file for us both at the same time, or since his card does not expire till July, will we have to file seperate?

K-1/K-2 AOS APPROVED IN ATLANTA MAY 17, 2006

10 year GC Approved - APRIL 16th ,2009 - Peggy and Jonathan's......

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.

You can file up to 90 days prior to the expiration of the card.... You window to file opens before his does.. .. You can always wait until his window opens and file concurrently if you wish
