I went yesterday for my gestational diabetes test. At the doctor, he told me, no news is good news, that they wouldn't call me unless there was a problem.

Well, this afternoon, I got a message that the secretary there called!!! Talk about anxiety!!!! It all worked out though, when I called back, she was just calling to schedule more appointments. She told me that I was fine, did not have diabetes. Such a relief, I can't believe how anxious I was!

Thanks for the compliment! My doctor told me exactly the same thing about the glucose test. But I didn't get a call to stress me out And I would have stressed, trust me! So glad everything is ok. It is SUCH a relief, isn't it?

i know i was SO happy when i took my last test....diabetes runs in my family so they wanted to keep a check on it....it is such a nerving thing......glad to hear it turned out well!!!

Stina - I love the pics of Kavi, keep them coming. I love that you read my timeline (which I really do need to update one of these days). Yes, we talked on the phone one night to hear each other's accents and were so freaked out by it that much of the conversation was about the weirdness and that we would never call again. We are such liars because we really did end up talking nearly daily for 14 months after. What can I say, the rest is history!
