I went to the OB for another postop check. My incision looks good and I am to go back for the 4 week postpartum check-up in 2 1/2 weeks! Yay! I will be going back to work on 2/17! It seems hard to think time has flown by so fast! The babies are doing well. My mom got the twins a swing yesterday and we all got a half-way decent night's sleep by putting Zak in the swing in the middle of the night when he was fussing. We all felt so good today! They look like little angels right now sleeping so peacefully! :star:

Twila, that's some serious CUTENESS in your signature. Glad you're getting more sleep!

BTW, Hi, I'm Caroll Anne. May I join the fun over here? I saw the pets-and-babies discussion -- can't wait for our kittehs to meet Baby B. The girl cat will be very curious but flighty. The boy will be more cautious but also more likely to cuddle up for a nap with the little one.

Here's our swimmy little turtle at 10 weeks:

I look forward to getting to know you all.

I'm the USC.

11/05/2007........Conditional permanent residency effective date.

Caroll Anne!!!! Girl, I didn't know you were pregolicious!!! OMG!!! Congrats!:dance::dance: Guess I must have missed that day of MENA topics. Hmmmm.

Welcome to the club!

To Caro & Nessa - my hubby kept the pregnancy test. He has it in his closet next to his sweaters and such. Isn't that just too cute. I was actually thinking about putting it in the scrapbook someday next to the baby's very first U/S pictures. :star: Anyone think that is tacky???

I don't think that's tacky at all, no worse than the fragment of umbilical cord that my mom put in mine :D I may put our half-a-dozen tests in there as well (no, I didn't believe it the first time, nor the second, nor... and I had to give hubby a digital one that had the word "pregnant" on it since I was shaking too hard to say the words out loud). We announced to my parents on Christmas Day and almost hung the test on the tree, but handed my mom a bag of specialty M&Ms instead -- can't remember if I saw that idea here or not. I told her we'd bought them on sale as a gag gift, and she believed me, until my sister started making noise.

 You know, mine was a Dollar Tree pregnancy test - I bought it for a buck and took it in the bathroom at the store because I just had to know. Can you believe it?? My husband saw it and said, "Que es?" "What is it?" I was like - "it's a pregnancy test and according to this Made in China contraption, we're having a baby."

 That's great!

Mine was a walmart generic test, it was positive enough that I didn't even take another test with it! And mine was a couple days before AF was due too. :P

Congrats Caroll Anne!! :)

I love all the pregnancy tests stories! :luv:

Zofran is wonderful and I'm feeling a lot better. I've been feeling sick for about 2 weeks so I'm happy I stayed home and catching up with things here.

Saludos,

Caro
