There are several women here who had babies around the same time as I did -- the Spring time -- and I'm just wondering who's ready for the next?

I think I'd like to wait until Drew is a year old before we start trying again...

Girls!

We went to our appoitment today and the doctor told us that Sofia is fine, no problems, of course we recorded a video for my parents in Peru too. We also asked the Lamaze classes and it seems that we will taking them beginning in January, they are charging us $175 for 5 classes, 5 weeks is that a good price???

Take care chicas I have to start with my Christmas decoration...

Between you and me I'm not so interested in those classes but hubby is, he made the phone call and everything so I gues I'll have to go. He is being very protective or I better say OVERPROTECTIVE, is it normal???

ZaidMommy: At what time is "A BABY STORY"??? I'm always checking the TLC channel but never get to watch it.

Here I'm posting a picture that hubby took a few minutes ago...

Good night girls...

Hey ladies :)

We took Declan to Santa's Village today and got his picture taken with Santa Claus. I'll download them tomorrow and post. We waited in line for over an hour and just as we got to the front of the line, he fell asleep! He woke up though when we got inside Santa's house and took his snowsuit off (it was hella cold here!). Declan was great, no tears, smiling the whole time. He has absolutely no stranger anxiety yet. I wonder when he will hit that stage.

Nessa - Love the pics! I voted for Benjamin Vincent by the way. I liked several of the middle name options, but when I was considering names, Vincent was a favorite of mine. I was the one who proposed Declan, but hubby just took it and ran with it. He didn't even want to consider other names (although I spent many a night reading to him from my baby name book).

Vi - I don't know about prices for classes. I think I was lucky, because my hospital here offered free prenatal classes. They covered a variety of things, not just the Lamaze method. I am glad I took them because it got hubby involved and helped educate him. I always watched Baby Story, but hubby left the room every time I turned it on!

Tracy - I definitely want another baby. We are going to start trying after Declan turns a year in May. When Declan was first born and I was talking to hubby about birth control options, my brilliant hubster suggested just not doing anything to prevent pregnancy and if we got pregnant again right away, then great. Of course, this was before all the breastfeeding difficulty, sleepless nights and my first few weeks of baby blues. After that, he agreed that it made more sense to wait until a year. I want another baby very much, but I have to say, I am a little worried about it too. I'm afraid that I will spend the whole pregnancy worrying about the baby's health, since Declan had that hole in his diaphragm.

Twila - Glad the bambinos are still in there :)

Chsnt - I know I am a bit late, but those pics of Ben are absolutely adorable.

Nessa - I actually had a hard time cooking when I was pregnant. During the first trimester, I was so nauseous and was triggered by food smells. After that, I was pretty exhausted after a long day of work that I had no energy to cook much. It's now that I've had the baby that I am getting into cooking. My hubby has laughed at me and wondered why I am the happy homemaker all of a sudden, but I have really been getting into making meals for my family (even though Declan doesn't actually eat them yet, I guess I am just preparing for when he is bigger  )

Hola mommas and mommas to be--I Hope you all are doing well!

We moved Ilyas to his own bedroom over Thanksgiving--what a relief! I thought it was so convenient for breastfeeding to have him in the co-sleeper in our room, but I think being so close to mom just encouraged him to wake up frequently. Most nights he now wakes up twice and goes right back to sleep after a quick feed! I am getting much more sleep without my little noisy sleeper right next to me.

Our little guy is changing so fast--he just started being able to push up really high while on his belly and also started rolling from belly to back  ! It is so cute--I have to show everyone  .

Does anyone have any 4 month old toy suggestions? He seems to want to sit up and chew on everything...

Thanks Nessa!

Could somebody please let me know at what time they give "A BABY STORY'?? on tv.

Autumnchik Lucky you, didn't have to pay for the Lamaze classes, as I said before it was hubby's idea so I'll go. Plus the classes are at the hospital where we want to have the baby .

I used to love to cook but know I kind of hate it, I come from work around 6.30pm change my clothes and start to cook right away, Sil doesn't understand why do I hate it so much ('cause he never cooks) but I feel like a robot. .

Well girls SeeYa later!
