Our daughter's head is down, heartbeat is strong, everything is "go", just waiting for the dough to finish rising. :)

If the head is down then the dough is now bread and she'll be coming out of the oven very, very soon.

After all..there's still two weeks to go until the due date. Those weeks can be looooong, especially when the bread decides that it wants to have a rather burned crust haha. Both my breads were burned :lol:

OB insists that the 30th is the correct date. It'd better, cause tomorrow I'm leaving for Morocco to bring grandma #2 here for the birth. Better not happen while I'm travelling. :P

Anyway, the baby hasn't dropped yet, so we should be OK. Grandma #1 is staying with her while I'm gone just in case.

Did you know that there is nOTHING you can do to influence wether your baby will be 5lbs or 10lbs at birth? You can starve yourself but baby might still be a 10lbs baby...chunky monkey. I'm guessing 8lbs 7oz, haha.

For ancedotal entertainment purposes, my husband was 4.2 kilos. I was 3.6 kilos. She was also at least a week late. We were expecting this huge kid based on ourselves and the ultrasounds and mostly skipped newborn sizes. . Then she came out fairly average size, 50cm and 3.4 kilos. She was swimming in everything and my MIL had to run out to buy a few quick things that fit.

I'd guess 7lbs 15 oz. ;)

Okay, I wanted to post here because Harry and I are going to let nature take it's course from next month onward. we are going to try to make a baby again...

It's not been long since Josie died really - only about two months - but we're ready. We'll be fine.

Actually we might already have done it...eh heh. I'm kind of hoping we didn't because it's not three months out - it will be next month but not this month. But if we have, hey hoh, it'll be alright. See, I thought I'd ovulated and I hadn't and we DTD on the exact day of ovulation by accident! Yes...and two days before as well...heh. Woops.

Anyway....so there we go! Injecting myself here for positivity's sake :D

JayJay: I'm glad to see that you are trying again. Maybe you really are pregnant again. Wishing you all the best.

@Wacken: they always say that you should take your birth weight into consideration when trying to figure out your baby's weight. I was only 2.9 Kilo/6lbs 4oz (full term though) and DH was 10lbs (4.5 kg) so we were expecting to have 8lbs babies which is right. But then again, I guess the average weight for a fullterm baby is around 7 or 8 lbs, right?
