All the babies who were born around zaid are hitting or about to hit 6 months :( where is the time going???

Where has it gone.. so true. Jaylyn just started crawling and know I have to watch her like a hawk. Where did the days go were I could leave her alone unattended.

I half to admit I like this stage because I can get sleep now. She sleeps 8 to 10 hours every night in her crib. She slept with us until 3 months because we couldn't get her to sleep in her room and she would wake up every 2 to 3 hours to eat.

We meet with a second physical therapist and she said Jaylyn looked great. She is at 10 month developmentally is what she told us. The speech thearpist comes on Monday. I think she is fine because she loves to talk to me or any stranger.

Happy 6 months Zaid! Seems like yesterday that we were worried over labor, weight gain etc... doesn't it?

ouch, that hurts!! we are back to square one. Ben has been waking up every 1-2 hours the last few nights. He is such a light sleeper and he keeps thrashing around in his bed, wakng himself up all the time. he won't even sleep in our bed! I wonder if its his teeth coming in or if we just ended up with a crazy narcoleptic kid, who's trying to drive us insane. I swear he is fast asleep at 5:20, ten miuntes before our alarm goes off. :dead:

Ladies!

Just came back from my doctor's appointment, she checked my lungs my chest and everything seems fine but still I cannot stop coughing, she gave me a precription for an antibiotic called ZPack and I'm suppouse to start taking 2 today and just one the following days. She recommended me to go for the Flu shot but for that I have to make an appointment with my regular doctor and that is a real adventure..

We got to see the baby, he/she was sucking his tumb, it was so cute.

Take care ladies I'm going to pick up my medicine...

Vi

That's a NO-NO, you definitely need to have his phone nunber in case of an emergency, she made it very clear during our first appointment (I was 8 weeks), talk to him.

you know, those are all things i've never done before and I'm doing it all by myself. all i know is from reading, and it gets twice as difficult being in another country.

you need to ask your doctor. This didn't occur to me until I was 35 weeks and he thought he had given me his phone number at the first visit.

In general, they want you to call them in case of an emergency and then they will either want to see you at their office or have you go to the hospital they are affiliated with.

And yes, they are used to being bothered at 3AM on their cell phones.
