Thanks guys for the feedback about stationary entertainers and jumpers. We have definitely decided to get him one, now we just have to narrow it down between 2 models. One is a Baby Einstein one from Graco, we like the toys on it and the plus is that it can accomodate babies up to 32 inches. All other exersaucers that I have found, the height only goes to under 30 inches. Since Declan is a tall boy, we are learning toward the Baby Einstein one. The only drawback is that it doesn't bounce, it only rocks and baby can swivel.

Hey guys,

We are thinking about getting a stationary entertainer (exersaucer) for Declan. Do you have one and what does your baby think of it?

We have the Fisher Price Rainforest Jumparoo and Drew LOVES it. I highly recommend it.

This is what we have and the twins adore it! We found ours on Craigslist...I'm like Kelly...not into paying full price for things that will only last a few months. :star:

I got mine as a gift. Otherwise, probably would have done some sale searching. Drew absolutely loves to jump, so this one is perfect. Plus, it is adjustable as he grows.

Yes...they were all very close together. A cluster of babies!

I still feel like this now w/ the twins. Every where we go....we find twins and other babies around the same age. Baby cluster is the truth! :star:

congrats to the new mommy to be!!

Hope everyone little one soon gets better!! it's not fun having sick babies!! :(

Jax congratz to Jay getting new teeth!! Kaila still doesn't understand when she bites her fingers she has teeth their...

i have a question for you about Jay...does she have nasel congestion(with out being sick) that you need to use a cool mist humididfier? The ped. told me one time I was in there that because her nose is "flat" she will have a hard time with mucus...have you had this issue with her?? just wondering...Also how has things come with her and therapy? anything on that??

MOMMY2BE??? where are you at?? how is everything going?

Hey Shauna, Yes she has had nasal congestion forever. It started once she started at the babysitter. We use a warm mist humidifier. I have never heard that cause she has a flat nose. I will have to ask tomorrow. We have to go back for the doctor to look at her eye and her ear. I am wonderfing if she is allergic to animals or the babysitter just has too many. There is 4 dogs and 4 cats at the babysitters house which is a 2 bedroom town house. To me it is too many animals. My hubby found her if I would of known all the animals I would of not gone with her. Plus she did not have as many when we started but she just started going threw a divorce and moved in with her mom so the animals doubled. She has her first physical therapy evaluation on Friday. I won't be here so hopefully my hubby will remember things and tell me how it goes.

WOW!! all those animals...that does sound like a lot! It may be because of those animals. Kaila started her nose thing pretty much right after she was born. I was wondering if Jay had any issues like that. I hope all goes well on Friday...give hubby a recorder so you know he won't miss anything!

No she didn't have it when she was born.

So I had to pull Jaylyn from the babysitter. The doctor said she has allergies. I had the lady in tears on the phone. I told her I would pick up her items on Friday. I am so nervous but am doing the best for my child. My sister in law is know babysitting.

We went to the doctors last night and the appointment was 2 1/2 hours. Jay is weezing so we had a nebulizer treatment. Then we had to get a chest Xray and the doctors office was suppose to call me today with a report and I heard nothing. The poor thing she had to be in this little contraption and she screamed for the xray and she cried as I gave the neb treatment. Now she is on the meds one for the ear, eye drops and an inhaler. So we have to go back next week. No baby well check we will have to wait until she is better.

LOL Shauna great idea for hubby. He doesn't understand all of these things going on with her. Hopefully she will feel a little better for her first session of physical therapy.

You guys are making me want to get an exerciser and a jumproo. I will have to check the resale shops. Only 30 inches? She is already 28 inches. Do they start slowing down soon?

we were thinking about getting Ben an exersaucer too. He has one of those Fisher Price Rocking chairs with a "toy bar" but he gets bored with it easily. He sometimes needs us to constantly entertain him. I just don't really like the idea of having one of those things standing around all tbe time because they don't fold up.

@belwin: hope Jaylyn feels better soon!
