hey there how are all of you preggers feeling?

I love the new babypics!

Ben finally found his feet! They are his favorite "playthings" lol. He squeals on top of his lungs whenever he grabs a hold of his toes, its funny!

@autum: aww maybe I should try sweet potatos too, Ben is still not really sold on the solids.

everything is good here. Nausea is almost gone, still lots of fatigue.

I am waiting for the results of two separate cultures one of the doctors took on Thursday. I walked into my OB's office that afternoon because I was miserable. It really felt like I had the beginning of a UTI. The quick test was negative, but they sent a sample to the lab for a culture. I also got an "affirm" and a culture in that area too because they are unsure if the infection they treated me for a week ago has cleared up (and may be causing the problem). If all comes back ok, then it is just probably the babies wreaking havoc on mom. I am only 22 weeks,so if they are already pressing on my bladder and other parts, I can't imagine what I will feel like in a month or two.

The babies themselves are doing well. They are so ACTIVE! I can actually feel them kick (or punch) from the outside now as well. It just never is timed right for Hicham to feel it.

I'm with you Nessa, this week went really well for me, just one visit to the bathroom but after that I can't complain. My weight still the same, is that normal??, I lost 4 pound since the beginning of my pregnancy and this coming Saturday we will hear the baby's heartbeat for the first time, I'm so nervous. :star: .

Zaid has that same BEARS romper as Jaylyn has. SO CUTE

I just realized you were from the Chicago area. I see your going to the Chi town VJ meet up. I wish we could go but I have a music festival all day that won't end until 5p.m. It sounds so neat. My family is big bear fans. We have season tickets. I go to the noon games hubby goes to the night games. Fun Fun that is when they win. I love the bear wind coat he is wearing.

Shauna I love the pics of Kaila in the Halloween back round. I am trying to find Jay an outfit so we can take her out with our neighbor kids.

Thanks!! I wish i could take Kaila out for Halloween, but I have class that night :( my sister promised me she would take lots of pics....Kaila will be something simple...a pumpkin... :D

ah what a bummer. Your so good to go to class. I would be tempted to skip. I think my sister in law is giving us a bumble bee outfit. Can't wait to see those pics.

Met Jan 1998, vows on 2006, Jay Jay born 2008, baby 2 - 2011

belwin,

I dont think everyone is meeting up until 6pm or so, You should try to make it :) what part of chicago are you in..if ya dont mind me asking..were in midlothian, right between crestwood and oak forest..

We live far out in DeKalb NIU. I will have to see what hubby is doing that day but I teach 1/2 hour farther west so it might be difficult. Cause it takes a good 1 1/2 to get to the city. Some of my friends from college were from Midlothian.

@ Chsnt - I'm curious to hear how Ben likes sweet potatoes when you try them. What have you tried so far?

Declan has eaten everything we've tried, but sweet potatoes seem to be the favorite. We tried prunes tonight. He spit them back at me! It was so funny, not just dribbling out of his mouth, but projectile spitting. I waited a few minutes and tried again, just to see what he would do, and he ended up eating all of them.

Adam's favorite was and is banana and applesauce. He's definitely liking fruit better than veggies.

Here's my princess looking like a little worm in her swaddler: http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x244/Ev...ie/DSC04774.jpg
