I just wanted to stop by...Kavi's surgery is Thursday and my mom is visiting right now so I can't get on here much for the next couple days. I'll come by sometime after the surgery to let everyone know how it went. I am sure it will be fine, but still I'm nervous!:P

Kavi is making me so tired out these days too since he is getting around better. I couldn't imagine being pregnant right now, lol. Eveline I don't know how you did it. I am already tired with Kavi's new fast scooting around and everything, i can't imagine doing this while pregnant any time soon. :P

Stina - I will be thinking of you on Thursday. Sitting in the surgery waiting room is the worst. Bring a book or something to try to distract you (it will be hard but it helps). Keep us posted on how Kavi is doing. Much love to you (F)

KS - I agree ... you're NUTS!!!!! I want another baby too, but not until Declan is a little bit older. I can't imagine being pregnant right now and trying to have energy to keep up with baby boy.

Nessa - Awww, I had morning sickness really bad during the first trimester. Ginger helped a bit (even though normally I find ginger candies to be quite disgusting! LOL). Eating saltines before I even got out of bed also helped. Hope you feel better soon.

Eveline - Glad to see you are back safe and sound. Hope Allie feels better soon. Declan is sick too and is just pitiful. I hate it.

Well, the doc finally figured out what is wrong with me. PNEUMONIA!!! Argh. He doesn't want me to return to work until next week, so this will make 2 weeks off without pay, so hard since hubby is out of work right now and I am the breadwinner. I am trying to relax and get better and let go of stress, but it is not that easy :( Declan seems so far just to have a cold. I talked to his doc about my diagnosis, and he wants me to watch him and bring him in at the end of the week if he is not better. He has no fever though, is eating and sleeping fine, just is a bit grumpier than usual and coughing and sneezing a lot.

@Autumn: Take it easy, poor girl. Hope you'll feel better soon.

@Stina: Good luck tomorrow little Kavi. All the best.

Allie weighed in at 12lbs even at the doctor's office yesterday. She has gained four lbs in five weeks. Not bad.

Stina good luck with the surgery, I know its scary but at least he wont be old enough to remember.

Eveline, 4lbs in 5 weeks! wow, she must be doing great :) hopefully the colic will pass soon...

Nessa, my best remedy for morning sickness was to try to never let my stomach get all the way empty, even if its just eating dry cheerios or crackers here and there. I hope it passes soon...

chnst - love that sleeping pic, he is OUT! what a cutie.

B vitamins were my greatest friend in avoiding really horrible morning sickness. They have become even more of my friend now, helping me fight off the bone-aching fatigue. Everyone is telling me I have color back in my face and don't look nearly so dragged out.

I had a little scare on Monday and was brought in for an emergency appointment at the OB and the peri's office. They think I just overdid it on the weekend, after finally feeling normal again. They just told me to take it easy for a few days. The good thing...Hana and Zak are each about 1 pound now and measuring size-wise about a week ahead of my due date. So...they are growing well. And...they are moving like crazy. I swear they were fighting last night. There was a definite commotion going on in there.

Stina I'm thinking of you and Kavi. I hope everything went smoothly.

Kelly I'd so have another baby too, if only I could afford one, hopefully next year.

Twila glad to see/hear everything is going well with the twins! I'm so excited for you.

Autumn I hope you and Declan are feeling better soon.

Tracy congrats on Drews first tooth. Did you get a pic of it?

Chrissy/Nessa sorry to hear about the morning sickness. I had nothing until week 6 hit and it was like a mack truck ran over me. I only had nausea, which for me is worse than throwing up and major fatigue. I only threw up 1 time my whole pregnancy and it was towards to end.

Eveline glad to hear you are back home and safe. Allie is working her way into joining the butterball club. ;) She sure is a cutie!

Everyone else I forgot, I appologize. My memory is shot these days. Ayman is doing well other than waking up about every hour at night now. He's driving me nuts.

The surgery was at 7:30am-ish and we had to be down in Tampa for it at 6:30am. So we had to leave our house around 5:30! We got home by 11am. So it wasn't very long. I wasn't too freaked out during the surgery while we were waiting, but my heart broke when they called us in the see him afterwards and he was still waking up from the anesthesia, and he was crying so much and nothing would console him until he got more alert. And his area is bandaged with a tube so it looks kinda scary and yucky, so that is sad to see. I think the next couple days will be kinda rough, we'll see how he feels tomorrow. He is sleepy, also from the medicines, but he won't sleep too long and then cries. I am afraid I'll hurt his wee wee by holding him certain ways even though they told us it won't hurt him.

It's a little stressful but he is doing fine considering all, just recovering now. I felt a little rushed when his surgery was over because it felt like only 20 mins in recovery and then time to leave. He had stopped crying hysterically but he was still out of it slightly. It makes getting vaccine shots look like heaven! I never got that upset during his vaccinations, just felt bad for him. But I cried a little after the surgery, not during, because I saw him all groggy and sad. He has no idea what anesthesia is so waking up from it is very scary for a baby since they are disoriented. It's not from pain at that time because they get a shot like an epidural that numbs their groin area for a few hours.

Anyway, I am sure this is just how it goes! Thanks for all the kind words. :) He is sleeping right now. I am so tired too, I only slept 4 hours last night.
