All zaids beautiful hair just started falling out today...poor baby, im sure it will be all gone in a few days :( i was really hoping it would stay

Oh no, poor kid. He'll probably get 'old man hair' with all the hair up top gone. Adam had that and he looked funny. His hair didn't really start growing until he was one year old.

@ Chnst - Declan was able to have the surgery laproscopically (sp?) so he only has a few incisions. I am soooo glad they didn't have to make a huge cut.

And I love that Ben has daddy time ... that is adorable about him learning how to work on the motorcycle!!!

@ Eveline - I like the Eveline method too. That guy Gary whatshisname sounds nuts!

@ KS - Aww, sorry about Zaid's hair ... but he is soo adorable that no one will notice anyway! LOL

Eveline- i agree with that method!!! My heart strings start to pull when i hear Kaila crying at night that i just have to go check on her to make sure she is ok!! usually it has nothing to with wanting me but wanting her binky

Ks...awww...i'm sure it will soon grow back!!!

autumn- i am glad he is doing well!! hope he can soo come home!!

Jax...i remember one time in a taxi and this women got int with her little baby and just held the baby in the taxi as we were driving super fast and passing people...i was thinking this is so crazy this little one not in a car seat...

Well i had to call the pediatrican yesterday..Kaila was in such horrible gas pain yesterday...it had been getting worse by the day that yesterday the mylicon didn't work and i just couldn't stand to watch her scream...so she has been switched to Isomil....so far it seems to be helping her she isn't having as many "back fires"

nannygirl, i hope the isomil works...at least u know its not colic, she is too old for that, hopefully it just passes by.

i was combing baby oil into zaids hair (for craddle cap) and all his little black hairs were just coming out in the comb...poor baby, he looks so funny..thankfully its falling out arounds the sides and not on top yet..that would look pretty funny if it was the other way around..

and i just wanted to add...I REALLY did not miss not having my period for a year, this is the 2nd time this month and i feel like #######!

Aww, don't worry. The same happened to Kavi. As you can see in his pics, it all started growing back right away. I think it grew back slightly lighter in color. It's still growing in on the sides but it's long again on the top of his head.

Here's his newborn hair:

Aww Kavi is so cute.

Kelly - don't feel bad, Ayman has the "old man" look. He's baldish on top with more hair on the sides and back. The back is dark, but the hair on top is lighter. It's very strange. I'm anxious to know what his hair and eye color are going to end up being. He's only eating 5oz? Ayman eats 6 to 6 1/2 oz every 3-4 hours. How come he seems smaller than Zaid, but eats more? Although we did weigh & measure him last weekend and he was 14lb and 25inches. I call him my chunky monkey...lol.

Autumnchik - Glad things are going well with Declan. I hope it all continues to go well and he is able to leave on Sat.

so far we have been good!!! she has been able to take a nap in peace and not wake up screaming because of gas...one time i thought she was going to put a whole through her shorts it was that bad....

cradle cap sucks!!! the prescription Kaila got for cradle cap has helped so much!! She still has a little but to go but it has helped so much!! maybe talk to you dr about it?

oh yes aunt flow...she has come back horribly!! i hate it so much when i get mine the cramps and everything is worse then when i got preggo and a little tmi but the flow is so much heavier and worse i hate it!

Seems like Babygirl turned into a breech position overnight  . I don't know how she did it and I sure am no doctor but I don't feel her head in my pelvis no more and I have a big round 'object' under my ribs that I can cup with my hand. DH felt it this morning and he said "there sure aren't many body parts that feel like a head" when I tried to convince myself that it was her butt...well, I'm pretty convinced now that it's not her butt since I'm feeling small bubble movements in my pelvis (her feet???) I have an appointment at the doctor's on Tuesday and if she doesn't turn back until then I'll ask if they can feel if she's laying head down or what. I don't think they are going to try an external version since I have a uterine scar but maybe I can get her to turn on her own.

[What kind of tub are your bathing her in? I know for Ayman he hated the hard plastic tub we bought at first. I bought him a bath lounger and now he loves his baths. He loves having the washcloth on his tummy and water poured all over him. He also loves to take showers with mommy or daddy too. He likes his water very warm and the room nice and warm too. But like others, he hates being massaged with lotion.

She is bathing in her rainforest fisher price tub. It is plastic. She likes laying in the cloth part but when I start to rub her tummy with some warm water she starts tearing up and crying. She has done this sense she was born. Maybe I should buy a bath lounger? I saw one on target online but its not in stock. Now Jay loves her lotion massage. I can't even get my husband to give her a bath cause she cries so hard. He cut her nails today and it was the same thing crying. And the booger sucker she hates to. We will have to see if its the plastic tub. I wish she liked water. They have free baby swimming lessons from 3 to 8 months here down the street. I thought it would be great for her to get out meet new babies and me to meet new people with little ones. Sense my single and married friends without kids are no longer hanging out with me as much.

Eveline your way is great. That man is crazy!!!!!

Shauna yeah it is nutts that there is no safety seats in Jamaica. We are renting a car for our trip so Jaylyn will be safe in her car seat. I am hoping to take her to the beach at dusk or early in the morning. I can't wait to go back. Oh also the cockroaches and mosquitoes are scaring me. Thats why we bought the tent for her to sleep in because we won't have a King size bed at the house we are renting. Just thinking what I can do be cause those mosquitoes are awful all day. I think maybe will stay inside most of the time the heat just kills me this time a year 100 plus ugh. Oh cute new pic of Kalia on the yardies site. I hope Kaila feels better :)!!

Autumn I am glad the recovery is going well for little Declan.

The best thing about nursing so far has been no aunt flow yet. How long can I go with nurseying so it never returns. Aunt flow is evil

I think most cycles are back after 6/8 months, depending on how often you nurse but mostly when baby starts solids the AF returns.

@Eveline: don't stress it, she might still turn back.... don't they say with no. 2 that they might not drop til the very last minute?

@Belwin: I'd give it a try with the baby swimming lessons, maybe it isn't the water that she dislikes, mabe it's the tub, or whatever.
