Lizzy...I didn't think they would induce prior to 40 weeks. Are they inducing because of the baby's size? Or because you're dilated?

Some doctors like to induce if they think the baby is getting too big and a c-section is likely if the baby gets any bigger.

This is only if the baby is full-term of course. The risks from inducing are less than the risks from a c-section.

@ Joel's Wife: I vote for number one. Both are cute ... but I like the first one more.

I am DYING to feel the baby move. WHen did you guys feel your babies? I know I am getting close to when I can feel him or her :)

I felt my son move for sure exactly on the day I entered the 20th week. ;) I had felt weird flutters before then but I never knew if it was just gas, my imagination or actually the baby. :lol:

NATURALIZATION

28th july 2007 - N-400 mailed to VSC

(exactly on the 90th day mark...applications NOT returned although some scared me into thinking they could have!)

30th july 2007 - N-400 delivered to VSC

11th august 2007 - Delivery Confirmation receipt received

17th september 2007 - Money Order (FINALLY!) cashed

9th november 2007 - NOA! (notification period given 180 days)

21th november 2007 - Biometrics appointment letter

18th december 2007 - Biometrics appointment in Baltimore, MD completed

29th march 2008 - FINALLY received letter with interview date!

8th may 2008 H 8:40 AM - Interview in Baltimore-APPROVED!

8th may 2008 H 3:00 pm (yes same day, crazy!) Oath Ceremony in Baltimore

24th may 2008 - US Passport application mailed off

6th june 2008 - US Passport received in the mail!!!

Hey Guys!

My little man is here!!

Well i did not have to wait until tomorrow for an induction as my waters broke with a huge gush on Thursday Night at 10:00. I gave birth at 1pm on Friday. I asked for an epidural and they gave me one, the thing is it did not work so i felt EVERYTHING!!!!! I have never felt such pain!! I am very proud of myself for doing this and Alexander Xerxes is here and SOOOOOOO LOVELY.

September 15 - 2005: NOA1

October: Waiting

November: Waiting

December: In Security checks

January 2006: Waiting

February: Waiting..Contacted Congress

March 4th: APPROVED

March 17th: NVC posted file to London

March 20th: London Receives file

March 29th: Receive package 3

April 13th: London Receives package

April 19th: Medical - June 13th: INTERVIEW......APPROVED!!!!

June 20th: ARRIVE IN USA

Time taken for whole process 9 Months

October: 13th: Sent off AOS Package

November 3rd: NOA1

November 14th: Snail mail ~ NOA1 ~ Case moved to the CSC for faster processing.

November 14th : CSC has petition for me and my daughter.

December 14th: Biometrics completed.

January 17th: APPROVED AOS!

January 22nd: Green card arrives in the mail:))

Time taken for AOS - 3.5 Months

Finished for 2 years.

And autumn....I really started to feel my little guy move around 20-21 weeks in a way that was clearly him and not some weird body function. It's the best feeling EVER!
