Hi Guys,

First of all, I thank GOD that my wife got p4 with interview date in Feb 08. In the checklist embassy requested to bring last year's tax return...I have sent my wife all the docs including tax returns but the last one is for 2006. Will they ask for tax return of 2007 since the interview is in 2008? I have also sent job letter along with pay stubs.

Please advise!

We ran into that early 2005 and had to have 2004 so my answer anyway

would be yes..Better to be safe than sorry..

Probably not. You might have time to fax a copy of your W2 and a couple late 07 pay stubs though. Early February is impractical for an 07 tax return.

You have till april so I would guess that you should be OK on that one. Most people don't even get their W2s till mid to late January anyways so early feb would be pushing it.

Early Feb. 2008 is not impractical.GZ at least wanted to see

what I filed to the IRS the year I stated. Its not an opinion

its what we (I) was required to do.
