Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. ####### coated bastards with ####### filling. But I don't find them half as annoying as I find naive bobble-headed optimists who walk around vomiting sunshine.

what happened to the bike shop?

He's got a 6 week (or longer) contract with Pepsico to deploy PCs. After that he goes back to sitting on his ####### in the bike shop whilst watching James Bond movies all day. :P

Mags, do you have a job? I remember you said something about a research lab but that was back in the UK? :unsure:

I used to work in a NHS genetics lab in London, yup. Now I'm doing just a couple of hours an evening at the local posh restaurant as a server. Quite a difference in wages but the pocket money is nice! I've got a contact through hubby at a genetics lab in Indy...but I really don't want to travel there every day (at least an hour each way). So, I'm sticking to the quiet life now - a quiet life with free food, free cocktails and award winning desserts. :lol:

So remember, always tip the British server 20%; she has seen a nice pair of boots she wants. Seriously, everyone says to me "you're not from around here are you?" to which I reply "nope, I'm from Kentucky." :lol:
