At my job my co workers ALWAYS play the SLOW JAMZ R&B station. It makes me nuts.

The sad part is, I know all the songs now.

Frank FM - it's a 80s and 90s station which plays the same songs over and over and over...... That or the ball game.

I plug into whatever CDs I brought that day in may car or what's on my Pocket PC.

I don't know what my co-workers listen to; we've all agreed to go to headphones. My cube-neighbor likes emo-punk and ska, so that's a good thing...

I've started listening to stuff on the Creative Zen mp3 jukebox that Ewen gave me. And he put some new stuff on it for me this morning--right now we have lots of U2, Belle and Sebastian, Frames...

Before I had the mp3 player, I brought in CDs, or listened to online radio stations on Virgin Radio or Live365.

I listen to XM radio. I switch between Fuego, Viva, and Top Hits. It's a pretty good variety.

I listen to podcasts, usually Firefly related (just discovered 'em). There's this Irish girl who reads some of the emails on Firefly talk, her voice & accent are intoxicating!

I created a CD-R of 66 songs to listen to for the trip (albeit, well in advance of it) to MI, then copied the songs to my computer's hard drive along with a playlist. Basically, as soon as I log in I open the playlist and let it run the whole day.

('course, I also put a headset on the machine so I'm usually the only one listening to it).

While I'm on the road for my job I usually switch between Victoria's Q92 and 106-The Rock.

When I have to head North I can pick up Austin-San Marcos' 103.5-Bob FM which is a really good station. They don't stick to one type of music.

Oh yeah and at times I also tune in to Air America
