Hello, We had our interview on 5-26-2007, Its now 12-12-07 and still no update. I check on the web and it says the same thing case is pending.

Is this good or bad news? I see the pending times are 6 months. I will call USCIS in the morning to follow up

We are got our SS, travel Payroll, and work permit months ago.

Any help??

Rich

i dont think they are updating the website. the last update on our aos was feb 2005 and we just got a mail saying they needed updated fingerprints. even i am signed up to recieve email updates and never got an email.

also last june i applied for my husbands advance parole papers and they only said its been recieved and pending. weve had the ap papers since july and it never updated or even emailed us.

so i wouldnt worry to much about the online updates.

At your interview did they say anything about your namecheck? Make a infopass to check the status of your case, the mis-information line wont be able to tell you squat.

Also, I am curious about our friend have here interview in August, and they got there green card a few weeks ago. We had our interview April 4,2007 and still pending on web and via phone. would it be usefull to call USCIS?

Thanks

FBI namecheck, first, make a infopass and find out the status of your case.

If you are in namecheck no one will be able to tell you how long it can go for, some only a short time and some have waited years.
