Police report question?

I filed my K1 late September, received my NOA1 in the mail on Oct 7.

My questions is at what point in time should I have my fiancee get her police report from Ukraine? She lives in Yalta from what I understand they are good for about 2 months.

Can anyone help answer this?

Most US consulates accept police certificates with a date of issue that's up to 6 months old. So if your fiancee gets hers after you receive NOA2 she should be fine (also depends on how fast police certificates are issued in the Ukraine).

But to be sure the consulate in the Ukraine is fine with the 6 months time frame, contact them via email, explain the situation in brief words and ask them for a short feedback on it.

Thank for the help that's a great idea...
