Does anyone have a clue as to why K-1 Visa interview appointments in US Interest Section in Havana Cuba take so long? I was given an appointment for 6 months from now......

Is there any way I can get a closer date?

Some consulates are like that. The wait in Ghana is 4-6 months. For Montreal it is the same.

I guess we're just lucky <_<

Don't feel bad, you should see the timeframe for the Dominican Republic. It makes you want to cry.
