clod, why don't you use the search box on this site, search for I-693A you will get your answer.

Note a civil surgeon has this form, you take your foreign vaccinations record to the civil surgeon for transfer to that form.

I just found out that i don't need the I-693a because the vaccination i got at the medical center in Italy before the interview was complete, so they already have all my vaccination documents since i gave them to the police officer in the closed mail at the airport.

Isn't so?

Not so, the consulates only post medical results in the envelope for immigrations. Vaccinations are not required to get the NON-Immigrant K-Visa. All K-Visa holders must provide vaccination records to adjust status, and the foreign record needs to be transfered to a supplement.

You risk getting an RFE or being asked to bring the supplement to AOS interview.
