Sounds like a definite server problem. They're probably sending out notifications that are time-dated or in their 'queue', so to speak, and every time they're brought up, they don't realize they've already sent them out.

At least you know you're going to get that card, right? ;)

26 January 2005 - Entered US as visitor from Canada.
16 May 2005 - Assembled health package, W2s.
27 June 2005 - Sent package off to Chicago lockbox.
28 June 2005 - Package received at Chicago lockbox.
11 July 2005 - RFE: cheques inappropriately placed.
18 July 2005 - NOA 1: I-485, I-131, I-765 received!
19 July 2005 - NOA 1: I-130 received!
24 August 2005 - Biometrics appointment (Naperville, IL).

Each day, I get about 10 emails each from USCIS. Thursday, I got emails saying Approved and Welcome letter was sent, Friday, more emails saying that card would be mailed when it's ready. Monday, more emails saying Approved (different date of approval the thursday's emails) welcome letter sent, and just now, 10 emails each saying we were approved and welcome letter sent.

I recieved welcome letters already.

USCIS must be glitching! Anyone else have this problem?

I have not gotten any e-mails, although we received NOA and bio appointment letter.

I check our and we got 6 e-mails all saying the samething "green card on its way" :D I am not sure why they sent out so many. I does appear that they come from two different places. I know that does not explain them sending out so many.

just tried to log in... and couldn't... got nothing but junk!

I have/had the same problem (yesterday and today).....

When I try to log in I also get just the bunch of code that was posted earlier ...... it's so frustrating :(

03/17/06 filed for AOS

03/28-06 touched

04/04/06 biometrics

04/05/06 touched

05/23/06 transfered to CSC

06/17/06 touched

08/16/06 touched

11/20/06 USCIS cust.service started inquiry about case (because it's outside of processing times)

11/30/06 approval e-mail

12/07/06 Greencard in the mail (= 8 months and 21 days for the entire AOS process)

Just use the individual case numbers while the site is down.. I have found that only the portfolio section is having errors.

Under normal conditions -- no glitches -- I got 3 identical emails each time they sent me something.

09-02-2005 Applications for AOS, EAD, and AP received by MSC

10-21-2005 AOS fingerprint notice for 12-08-2005

11-07-2005 AP approved

12-05-2005 Infopass appt at San Jose office for interim EAD -- Refused, because it is already approved by MSC on 11-07-2005

12-07-2005 Attempt at interim EAD at San Francisco office -- no go. Back to San Jose, where CSO (chief station officer) tells they will contact MSC via email to request permission to issue interim EAD

12-08-2005 Biometrics for AOS and EAD. Having no EAD appt letter was no problem (used EAD NOA)

12-15-2005 EAD arrived in the mail

12-24-2005 Received interview letter; interview scheduled 03-01-2006

01-28-2006 Received replacement SSN card in married name (5 wks since application)

03-01-2006 AOS interview -- approved; received stamp in the passport

03-13-2006 Green card arrived in the mail
