Hi all, I have a few questions that would like to acknowledge, please advise good.gif

My wife and I have just gotten married, I am a US citizen, what steps do I need to take to bring my wife over into the us? I did some research, which i need to first file a I-130 form? upon approval...my petition is sent on to the national visa center, do I wait for a interview now ? Is my wife and I both going to be interviewed? then in that case, I believe she will be interviewed oversea?

CR1 - lift the conditions (what forms will I have to file, and how long do I have before it expires? )

It would be great if you guys can give me some advise, or your experience, cost and the processing time frame.

Thanks in advance ! kicking.gif

As you've probably noticed, the answers haven't changed by changing forums. Please read the guides instead of asking one or more people to re-write it for you. After you have done so, there will probably be a number of specific questions remaining. That's what the forums are for, ideally. What will help you most now is studying the guides and the instructions that come with the forms.

You need to return to the U.S. to file the I-130. You'll have plenty of time to read the guides and ask questions because this process is going to take at least a year. Only your wife will have to attend the interview, but many husbands return to be there with them. Removal of conditions is not filed until the 90 days before the 2 yr anniversary of the visa being issued.
