hi there guys....

anybody heres on diet? share your experienced

by the way i started on dec 9th 2007

i weight 175

and my height is 5"6

my target weight is atleast 140

ahihihihhihih

since dec 9th until now...

i weight 173 nowi lost 2 pounds already to 2 1/2 pounds

i usually eat on lunch time bec i usually wakes up around 10 to 11pm

as much as i can im eating just a little carbs, like 2 pcs sliced of bread, or sometimes atleast 1/2 cup off rice to 1cup...

my snack usually is more fruits....banana apples... than eating chocolate hahahahah its just a waste of time for my stomach growling if im going to take to much sugar... and ended up it will stored fats in me ^_o so it useless....

i ended up switching my rice to oatmeal with non fat milk... fwink

ok guyz i hope somebody out there trying to loose weight like me cio.....

by the way guyz i will share my food intake here everyday hahahahahahha

i hope you do too...

yea

eat only deep fried twinkies, with a chocolate milkshake, 3 times a day.. that's a good start

I got up to around 225 at 6'1". After that, I cut back on red meat and breads. I now usually eat a tiny breakfast and only a pack of Tuna Creations for lunch. If I'm extra hungry, I'll add a smoothie for lunch. Then I eat a normal dinner. I'm down around 190. I still want to get down to about 180-185, but I'm not too upset about where I am now.

w0w good job... im happy for you... how long does it take for you to loose weight?

I lost a lot of weight about five years ago by counting calories and limiting grams of fat to 20 a day. I was eating about 1400 calories a day and was going to the gym three or four days a week so the blubber just melted off.

Five years later that fat found its way back some way or another but now I can't seem to loose anything. I think it is probably the meds I am on, from what I have read and it is really frustrating.
