almaty2004, thanks for the reply, your experience seems to be close to mine, except that 221g wasn't a denial code in my case, but it was "other", implications of which I don't know. Looking at your timeline, it looks like consulate changed their decision in just one week. Didn't they sent the documents back to US? Did you writeto their general address ConsularAlmaty@state.gov or you contacted someone specific?

i was able to get them to change their mind with 2 emails..and a call to jeffrey, the consul director...they gave sanita a form with 221g ...on it was written return to usa...it is similar but they never snet it back due to my explanation and her honesty was not in question, just that her believes made it ahrd for her to answet their questions...i emailed almaty at the general address and called the # listed on the consul..they only answer emails and take calls certain days..i think tuesday and thursday..good luck..keep me in the loop dean

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

I think their suspicions rose from the tourist visa. If the reason she got the tourist visa was to see you, then that waves a big red flag. Tourist visas are for tourism to visit different places in the U.S., not to visit a potential spouse. When you said exact date of divorce, how far off was she? days, months, weeks, years?

Hope everything works out for you

She had a multiple entry touridst visa for a long time, and it was her second visit in US. Her goal was to visit friends and maybe travel in US a bit, and both of us didn't tak this introduction too seriosly. I first saw Larisa when she was in US for more than a week.

I wrote an e-mail, and will try to call at first opportunity- I am out of town now.

As for divorce, the court date was in the end of December, but the paper is dated January, so she was off about 2 weeks.
