I-130 for my daughter

Hi everyone...here's my case. My I-130 got approved last Sept. 2007 but set it aside as my husband (USC) and I are hoping for our I-129F petition to get approved. I have a daughter (3 years old) and my husband wasn't able to petition her with I-130 because we didn't know then that she doesn't get derivative status for I-130. And just very recently, we had information that our I-129F was administratively closed because I ( beneficiary) was approved for the I-130. So it has almost been 3 months since we touched our I-130 case. And of course my husband will file a petition for my daughter which is his stepdaughter. Since my daughter is 3 years old of course someone will have to fill up the forms for her,my questions are:

*Can my husband just do the forms instead of me?

*When he sends it to chicago lockbox does he need to send a photocopy of the approval notice? or a letter to explain why my daughter's application is left behind?

*Is my daughter automatically approved because I am already approved?

*How can we expedite my daughter's case since my petition is ahead of hers?

*Or is it possible to request NVC or USCIS to compile both our petitions together?

Thank you for your time.

Yes, the step-parent can do the forms including the signatures.

I would send a copy of the I-130 approval notice with a cover letter explaining your intentions and requests.

They may consider your requests but no gaurantee.

You can simply delay NVC processing of your I-130 until your daughter's catches up.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
