what if ... they ask for i 693 as a RFE but i came here on k1 and sent them the vac sup. etc etc

im waiting on my RFE to come in the mail but i have heard of a k1 holder getting asked for i693 and that same person sent the same doc back to them (vaccine sup. etc etc) and then got another letter asking for the same i 693 she then went and got a new med exam done

im asking just in case .... i dont want the RFE to slow down my GC as i have been waiting since April

doesnt make any sense need some input

As difficult as it is, it doesn't make sense to assume what an RFE is for until you read it for yourself. Sit tight. :thumbs:

by the way wat i sent them was a DS-3025

Timeline

If you get a RFE for vaccination supplement, try taking or mailing a copy of your DS3025 vaccination supplement to this Civil Surgeon in Austin, TX - she will do it for $10 and within 10 days or less. Just call her office and leave a message and they call back within an hour or so. Good luck. :thumbs:
