G-325A form question

My question is regarding the form G-325A at the bottom where it says:

Applicant: Be sure to put your name and Alien Registration Number in the box outlined by heavy border below.

My foreign wife filled this part in her G-325A form, but what about my G-325A? I am a US citizen. Do I also fill in this part with my name and passport number in my form?

Or do I just write N/A?

You should fill in the info in the box, putting N/A for A# only if you never had one. You passport number does not go in the bold box.

I was a previous green card holder and even though I'm a US citizen now, I didn't write my A# on any of my forms. But it's best to write them in there if you were ever assigned an A# before for either one of you.
