My fiance forgot to date the g325a (gulp)

After waiting and waiting for it to arrive, I realized my beautiful fiance forgot to date the g325a. After calling and shrieking and crying about it, I'm now looking for some advice from all of you. Any advice?

Wow, I'm so sorry. I don't have any experience with this, but I do know that one other VJer forgot to sign the G325A. They got an RFE, I think.

I-129F

11/15/2007 = Package sent overnight Fedex to CSC

11/16/2007 = Package arrived at CSC

11/21/2007 = NOA1 (according to www.uscis.gov online case status)

11/26/2007 = Check cashed (YIPPEE!!!!!!!!!!)

11/28/2007 = Touched

11/30/2007 = Rec'd NOA1 hard copy in the mail

12/20/2007 = Touched

12/21/2007 = Touched

03/12/2008 = Touched (due to phone call)

03/24/2008 = NOA2!!!!!!!!!

03/25/2008 = Touched

04/23/2008 = Touched

05/05/2008 = Arrived at Consulate

05/12/2008 = Picked up Packets 3 & 4

06/24/2008 = Interview Date and APPROVAL

07/02/2008 = Picked up Visa at Embassy

07/05/2008 = Arrival in the U.S.!!!!!!!!! Met at POE in ATLANTA

07/06/2008 = Fly back to Salt Lake City Together!!!!

08/06/2008 = MARRIED TODAY!!!

AOS & EAD

08/23/2008 = Package sent via USPS with Signature Confirmation

08/25/2008 = Package arrived in Chicago

08/26/2008 = Check cashed

09/02/2008 = NOA1 for EAD and AOS received in the mail.

Have you already sent the g325A to USCIS? If not, couldn't you just add the date yourself? :P If so...they will probably return it to you to be dated before continuing processing. Don't worry, it's not a huge delay or a huge deal. But it will delay you a bit.

Funny blooper of mine, but off topic...when I sent mine, I put the 180 dollars but when I wrote it out I wrote "one hundred dollars".... I got it returned and it delayed the process a month. lol. I was pretty upset at the time but something to laugh about now :)

thanks for all of your advice... this is a GREAT community. i haven't sent the form in yet. do you think that it is okay for me to write the date in myself? i don't want it to get rejected for having the date in the wrong handwriting or in non matching ink or something...

Defo - you can date it yourself - it shouldn't be a problem :) I think my OH altered some things on ours too - we got a touch yesterday :D Of course that might be an RFE but at this point I am just glad to know it hasn't fallen down the back of a filing cabinet somewhere :lol:
