i plan on starting going to the gym again, starting Friday, cuz today I feel dead and tomorrow I have an appointment after work.

And then no more allowing myself to eat what I want on weekends, i'll be on a 7 days / week watching my food cuz I won't fit in my small summer clothes for our brazilian trip if I don't close my mouth!

anyone want to try this www.thebestlife.com ? I saw it on my yogurt container this morning and thought it might be a neat thing to try. A contract with myself & (Oprah?!) lol to lose weight.

I forgot to add that my eating better starts today but my exercising will start Sunday because I have a massive wedding cake to make for my best friend's wedding which is on Saturday and there is no time for exercising.

i was going to wait too...but whats to wait for? to gain another pound or two before i start? lol!!! lets go to the gym!

exactly. I'm really worried because I usually gain like 15 lbs on winter time and I lose before summer, but we're going to Brazil 2nd week of February, and I won't have til summer to lose the holiday/winter weight.

I asked hubby for one of those fancy weight/body fat scale and I will get back to watching my weight.

I had to find this post. I failed, but this time I won't (i refuse to fail twice) and you were right, I waited and I weighted myself this morning and I gained 2 lbs

Yes I'll join in and Wed. is my Monday... .... I need to lose at least 20lbs The last time I say my husband I was about 15lbs lighter... I hope he get's an appointment next week for a February interview so I'm really motivated to get started...

I started the best life for a month did real good, but never logged in after a while. I know a-z about nutrition the key for me is acknowledgement and exercise. I started Weight Watchers today at work. I will be joining you all today Jan 2 2007. I will only way myself once a week at the meeting. I will let you all know how I do the first week. I am shooting for 5lb.
