A lot of working out and cutting out carbs and sweet is involved. Hopefully, i will start seeing something soon.

how is everyone doing? did you meet your goal for the summer? are you sticking to your weight?

I'm holding steady at about 155lbs. Still working out daily and eating 6 small meals a day. My blood pressure is back to normal. I'm now working on reducing my sodium intake because I continue to have too much sodium each day. Working to get a little more definition in my arms because they're so wimpy.

Life is a ticket to the greatest show on earth.

Stepped on the scale this evening and was displeased. Then I saw this thread title. Then I made a weight loss ticker. Next step is to start the Don't-Eat-So-Much-You-Fat A$$-Bithc diet. The hardest part will be to incorporate a real and consistent exercise routine into my life again. I am such a donkey. Uuuuggghhh.

my parents in law are fit

they eat 6am-12noon-5:45pm (that's their routine)

no midnight snacks..

for me, I don't eat too much greasy foods, (like french fries -i like bake, hamburger- i like grilled. I don't like cheesy foods too,

Fruits and veggies are the best for the diet.
