Hey Amber, how was the doctor yesterday? Did you lose weight? I was 5 lbs heavier than I was last Friday. But I've been bad this weekend. Just on Saturday I ate over 4000 calories :bonk: me

lost 5.2lbs in two weeks so I did pretty darn good. I'm getting these shots...let me find the paper I can't remember what they're called...lipo-den. just did a quick google search on it and a lot of people are praising them. not sure if they're helping but they sure as heck give me an energy boost for the rest of the day. I'm only getting them once a week though. they recommend 2-3 times a week.

Life is a ticket to the greatest show on earth.

My googlings haven't been very satisfying. :P I can't find any official comment on them, or even a product web site. Just diet product sites with people praising them and comparing them to some B12 thing...
