I've been doing good since Monday. Yesterday I was finally motivated to go back to the gym, then I couldn't even come to work cuz of the snow. Bleh. Today maybe I'll go. I hope I can make an effort and try.

I'm soooooo hungry right now. Rrrrrr. Hey Amber, do you have to show your tummy to belly dance?

nope there's some people in the class that are pretty overweight and they just wear loose tshirts and shorts. I just wear shorts and a tight cotton type tshirt. my friend thinks it's best to show off her abs so she can see herself working it so she wears a jog bra and these nike capri type pants. she's a true workout addict though

Hmm... maybe I should try it. I'm a bit knee-jerk averse to it since my parents' weird hippy/Republican neighbor is a belly dance instructor.

it's a lot of fun and once you get into it you forget that you suck at it. it burns quite a bit of calories too!

I've just started a bellydancing class and it is an awesome abs workout. In my class, you don't have to bare your abs if you don't want, and it's very curves-friendly.

My diet is going pretty well Nessa. I will know more when I go for my official weigh in on Monday. I just wanted to tell everyone about a yummy cereal. South Beach Diet cereal the strawberry crunch one. It was soooo good. If you don't let it sit for a few mins before you eat it and you get a strawberry piece in a bite it's too sweet though because it hasn't been able to soften up from the milk. Otherwise it's so good

just found this really neat website for anyone who is a walker. you just enter your location and it shows you walks people have already created or you can create an account and make your own walks. calculates distance and everything. also if you enter in your height and weight it also helps you figure out how many calories you burned on your walk. www.mapmywalk.com

doing good! I just ate my reward meal. once a week I have chinese food as my reward for doing so good all week. I'm so freaking full. I couldn't even finish it.
